Nina Batt Obituary

Nina Batt, 82, passed away February 3, 2010 in Odd Fellows & Rebekah Health Care Facility. Born May 30, 1927 in Lockport she was the daughter of Joseph and Frances (Enzinna) Valery. Nina worked in production for Harrison Radiator. She was a member of the UAW and enjoyed spending time with her family. Nina was predeceased by her husband Richard F. Batt on September 29, 1982.


Nina is survived by her loving sons Richard (Sue) Batt of Lockport and Joseph (Sheila) Batt of Florida; cherished grandmother of Ryan, Casey, Brian, Adam, Courtney, Meghan and Andrew; sister of Louis (Anne) Valery of Venice, FL, and the late Amelia Marotta and Carol Ryan; also survived by several nieces and nephews.


Relatives and friends may call Saturday 7-9 PM and Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 10 AM in St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, 391 Market St., Lockport. Interment will be in Cold Spring Cemetery. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 10 AM in St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, 391 Market St., Lockport.


Interment

Interment will be in Cold Spring Cemetery.
