Judith Johnson Chausse Obituary

Judith E. Johnson Chausse passed away January 31, 2010 in Niagara Hospice House. Born March 2, 1942 in Lockport she was the daughter of Alfred and Prudence (Christie) Johnson. She worked 25 years as a clerk for Niagara County. Judith enjoyed cooking, reading and shopping. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph Chausse in October 2003. Judith is survived by her sister Christine (Kenneth) Klino of Lockport; aunt of Kenneth (Heidi) Klino, Lisa McGowan both of Lockport and Mark (Amy) Klino of Palmyra, NY; great aunt of Laurel, Carly, Corey and Justin Klino; also survived by several dear friends, six step-children all of Boston, MA, several nieces, nephews and step-grandchildren.


There will be no prior visitation. A memorial service will be held Saturday at 3 PM in the Lockport United Church of Christ, 98 East Avenue, Lockport. Inurnment will be in Cold Spring. Please visit www.pruddenandKandt.com to leave an online condolence.
