Obituary of Donald G. Nayman

Donald G. Nayman passed away on Sunday January 11, 2015, in Eastern Niagara Hospital, Lockport. Born in Medina, on September 18, 1926, he was the son of the late Joseph and Elizabeth Nayman. Donald served in the US Army from 1944 until 1946. He retired from Harrison Radiator as a foreman in 1975. Don was a member of the Elks Club, the American Legion, B. Leo Dolan Post 410 and Trinity Lutheran Church, he enjoyed going to the casino, woodworking and especially spending time with his family.
Donald is survived by his wife of 68 years, Marjorie (nee Budde) Nayman; father of Earl (Mary Lou) Nayman, Sandra (John) Klemick and the late Joanne (James) Simons. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Don is predeceased by one sister and six brothers.
Friends may call Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM in Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport, where services will be held Wednesday morning at 11 AM. Interment will be in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery. Memorials to the Olmsted Center-Visually Impaired, 1170 Main Street, Buffalo, NY 14209 or to Buffalo VAMC, 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215, would be appreciated by the family.
