Obituary of Mary Ann Quintana

Mary Ann "Goo" Quintana passed away November 20, 2014 in Absolut of Gasport, Royalton. Born in Lockport on October 9, 1940 she was the daughter of Joseph and Mary (Fabian) Fura. Mary worked for Lockport Memorial Hospital for 10 years where she was a nurse's aide. She enjoyed playing BINGO and cards also crocheting. Mary will be remembered for her great sense of humor. She was predeceased by her husband Jose Quintana in 2010.
Mary is survived by her son Joseph Quintana of NYC; sister of John (Jean) Fura, Agnes (late Raymond) Townsend, William (Cathy) Fura, Catherine (late James) Behm, Nellie (late Wayne) Haseley, Edward (Bruce) Fura, Christine (Carol) Fura all of Lockport and the late Joseph (Linda) M. Fura; special niece Lisa Routhier of Niagara Falls; also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may call Tuesday, Nov. 25 from 7-9 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, Nov. 26 at 10 AM in St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 168 Chestnut St., Lockport. Interment will be in Cold Springs Cemetery.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, Nov. 26 at 10 AM in St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 168 Chestnut St., Lockport.

Interment will be in Cold Springs Cemetery.
