Richard L. Doxey passed away July 26, 2014. Born in Olean on July 7, 1967 he was the son of James E. and Roberta J. (Hewitt) Doxey, Sr. Richard enjoyed playing BINGO, going to the casino, playing Slotomania on FaceBook. He is survived by his wife Josephine "Josie" (Zasimowick) Doxey of Lockport; brother of Joe Doxey, Mike (Alison) Doxey, John (Betty) Doxey, Donald (Tracey) Doxey, Linda (Rodney) Lilley all of Lockport, Kathy (David) Doxey, Patti (Abe) Sailor both of Florida and the late Jimmy Doxey and Donna Burris; several nieces and nephews.
