Obituary of Nila M. Weaver

Nila M. Weaver, age 79 passed away at Newfane Rehabilitation &amp; Health Care Center on July 23, 2014. She was born October 26, 1934, the daughter of Earl and Amy (Brandt) Weaver. Nila graduated from Wilson High School and St. Joseph&amp;#39;s Business Academy. She worked for M&amp;T, formerly Lockport Exchange Bank for 59 years, having retired June, 2013. She is survived by her brother, Lyal (Helen) Weaver as well as three nieces, Kathy (Mark) Hughes, Joanne (Mark) Andrews both of North Carolina, Karen (James) Green of Newfane and one nephew, David Weaver of Lockport as well as nine grand nieces and nephews eight great grand nieces and nephews and many friends and of course her cats that she loved. Nila enjoyed bowling, golfing and playing cards with her friends. She was a member of Red Hat Ladies and enjoyed their activities. Friends and relatives may call Friday, July 25th from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Prudden &amp; Kandt Funeral Home, Inc. 242 Genesee Street, Lockport where funeral services will be held Saturday, July 26th at 11:30 AM. Interment will be in North Ridge Cemetery.
