Robert J. Frank passed away June 19, 2014 in Erie County Medical Center. Born in Buffalo on September 15, 1966 he is the son of Glenn Frank and Patricia (Kulczyk) Somji of Niagara Falls, Ontario. Robert was predeceased by his brother Craig Frank. Besides his parents Robert is also survived by his step-father Sultan Somji of Niagara Falls, Ontario. Friends may call Saturday, June 28th from 10 am-12 noon with services to immediately follow at 12 noon in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport.
