Thomas John Litchard passed away suddenly June 19, 2014 in Eastern Niagara Hospital, Newfane. Born in Lockport on September 23, 1961 he was the son of Edward and Esther (Moore) Litchard, Jr. Thomas worked for Tops Grocery Store in the maintenance department. He was an Elvis fan, a collector of Santa's and metal tins. Thomas is survived by his son Chris Schaefer of Lockport, brothers Alfred DeVoe and Edward (Elizabeth "Liz") Litchard, III both of Lockport, several nieces, nephews, cousins and predeceased by his sister Shirley Jean Moore. Friends may call Monday, June 23rd from 10 am �&amp;quot; 12 Noon in Christ Community Church, 140 Genesee St., Lockport where services will follow at 12 Noon. Interment will be in Cold Springs Cemetery.
