We had some good times together. Bill was also the kind of guy that looked at the good side of things. Never heard him say negative things about anyone. A nice man.

Karen, Please accept my condolences on your loss. Bill was a special person to all that worked with him. My wife Sandra and Bill had that special friends working relationship at GM. He was always there to do a favor. Going so far to make a special trip to get her the Lockport Pennysaver each week. That was her garage sale guide. Bill will always be fondly remembered by all who knew him. Charlie Schott

I worked at GM with Bill. He was a wonderful person and always outgoing. After his retirement, I would occasionally run into him at Roswell and knew of his health battles. He will be missed.

I had the honor of being a member of the first girls' swim team at Lockport YMCA. Bill was an awesome coach. He devoted a lot of time and energy making all of us good competitive swimmers. Bill inspired us to persevere, work as a team and always do your best. Those lessons were engrained in my character and helped me to be very successful in my adult life. I married a swimmer. Bill would get a chuckle out of the fact that Mike & I swim 1500 yards 3-4 times a week and still try to see who will finish first! My deepest sympathy to your family. Bill was a phenomenal human being I know he will be greatly missed! Judy Johnson Belfield Superintendent, Phoenix CSD
