Iris M. McAllister passed away January 6, 2010 in Buffalo General Hospital. Born November 2, 1950 in Niagara Falls she was the daughter of LeRoy and May (nee Duncan) Barr. Iris enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, camping, knitting and reading. She is survived by her husband David P. McAllister of Lockport; mother of Katherine (Jimmie Cobbs) Jones and David D. (Suzanne Schaffert) McAllister both of Lockport; grandmother of Christopher, Jessica Jones, Kerriann Lang and Brittany Tanner; sister of John (Karen) Barr of Virginia, Roy (Theresa) Barr of Ransomville and Heather (Gordon) Henderson of St. Catherines, Ontario, Canada; also survived by several nieces and nephews.
