Obituary of Marie C. Jaynes

Marie C Jaynes passed away May 4th, 2014 in the Odd Fellow Rebekah Health Care Facility, under the care of Niagara Hospice. Marie was born August 30, 1921 in Lockport, NY, the daughter of the late William and Sophie (Krull) Conley. Marie worked for several years at the Retailer. She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church, the Ladies Aid of the church, lifetime member of the P.T.A., enjoyed playing cards and especially enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Marie was predeceased by her husband Walter C. Jaynes, June 13, 2001 and son Walter C. Jaynes, III, July 16, 2003; she is survived by her daughter Diane (Richard) Lemley of Lockport and grandsons Andrew (Meghan) Beakman of Syracuse and Matthew (Katherine) Beakman of Buffalo and great grandson Jackson Beakman. Relatives and friends may call Tuesday May 6, 2014 from 4 to 7 PM in Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport where funeral services will be held Wednesday morning May 7, 2014 at 10 o'clock. Interment will be in Wrights Corners Cemetery. Memorials to the charity of one's choice would be appreciated by the family.
