Obituary of Evelyn Paris Zulia

Evelyn Paris Zulia passed away April 6, 2014 in Lockport Memorial Hospital. Evelyn was born July 8, 1929 in Windsor, Ontario, Canada and was the daughter of Peter and Marina (Moritis) Paris. She retired in 1988 from Delphi after 22 years in production. Evelyn was a member of the Hellenic Orthodox Church of the Annunciation in Buffalo, 29 and Holding Club, when she went to the Odd Fellow Rebekah Health Care Facility she joined in on all the activities that were offered and especially enjoyed the art projects. Evelyn's real joy came from time with her family. Evelyn was predeceased by her husband Simon Zulia whom passed away in July of 1995 and is the loving mother of Marina (Chet) Fery of Brockport,NY, Regina (Tom) Sullivan of Lockport, Steven (Kathy) Zulia of North Tonawanda and Peter (Linda) Zulia of Cincinnati, Ohio,; dearest grandmother of Alexis (Brett) Becker, Matthew Fery, Peter (Renee) Sullivan, Kevin Fery, Allison Sullivan, Lauren Fery, Chelsey, Yanni, Chandler, Nicholas and Alex Zulia; great grandmother of Morgan Evelyn Becker. Evelyn is also the sister of Dr. S. William (Victoria) Paris of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan and the late Alexander Paris and is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call Thursday April 10, 2014 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM in Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport,NY. Funeral service will be held Friday morning at 10 o'clock in the Grace Episcopal Church 100 Genesee Street, Lockport. Trisagion Prayers will be held Thursday evening at 7 in the Funeral Home.
