Matthew W. Luke passed away suddenly February 21, 2014. Born May 11, 1980 in Amherst, he is the son of William and Janet (Hagerty) Luke. Matthew graduated with a BA degree from SUNY Geneseo. He was a baker for Tops Market in Lockport. He enjoyed sports, a real enthusiast he participated in and was a huge spectator. Besides his parents he was the brother of Jeffrey B. (Alicia) Luke of Gasport and uncle of Liam and Dalton Luke. He also is survived by his dear friend Samantha Few; nephew of Sandy and Bill Wing of Rochester, Larry and Nancy Luke of Atlanta, GA, Roger Luke of Kenmore, Joseph Gajewski of Amherst and Andrew Gajewski of Atlanta, GA and several Cousins. Friends may call Tuesday afternoon from 3 to 7 PM in Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport where funeral services will follow immediately at 7 PM. Interment will be private in Clarence Center Cemetery. Memorials to a charity of one's choice would be appreciated by the family. <h3>Visitation</h3> Friends may call Tuesday afternoon from 3 to 7 PM. <h3>Services</h3> Funeral services will follow visitation immediately at 7 PM. <h3>Interment</h3> Interment will be private in Clarence Center Cemetery
