Obituary of Paul Fox

Paul L. Fox passed over Sunday, December 29, 2013 in Beechwood Continuing Care, Amherst, NY. Born in West Somerset, NY. He was the son of the late Charles and Mabel Gross Fox. Paul was Treasurer of Timkey Cadillac, Inc. for 14 years. He then opened Paul Fox Auto Sales. Paul was known for his honest dealings and being a good conversationalist. He enjoyed the many highways he travelled and always had a great story to tell. Some of his best times were boating and swimming in Key Largo, Florida. Paul graduated from St. Petersburg High School in St. Petersburg, FL. Paul was raised to the sublime degree of Master Mason of the Somerset Lodge No. 639 having completed 70 years of loyal support and dedication to the Masonic Fraternity. He was a past member of the Elks Lodge, the Lockport Country Club and Tuscarora Club. Paul is survived by his wife Miriam (nee Flanders) Fox of Lockport, father of Pamela (Terry) Harmon of Lockport and Vanessa Fox of Miami, FL, one grandson, Brian (Jennifer) Rowland of Atlanta, GA. Paul is also survived by his sister Mary Lou Buck of Vero Beach, FL and his Three Nieces. There will be no prior visitation. A memorial service will be held Saturday afternoon at 3 PM in Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, Inc., 242 Genesee Street, Lockport.
