Obituary of Agnes Connolly Christensen

Agnes M. Connolly Christensen passed away December 27, 2013 in Eastern Niagara Hospital, Lockport. Born in Sommerset on September 18, 1919 she was the daughter of John and Lulu (Goodian) Connolly. Agnes was a registered nurse for 39 years working with Carborundum retiring in 1983. She was predeceased by her husband Arthur R. Christensen on March 25, 2011. Agnes is survived by her nieces and nephews Daniel (Rebecca) Connolly of Barker, Linda (Will) Galeano of Peekskill, Kevin (Michelle) Connolly of Amherst, Suzanne Palone of Prescott, AZ, Marie Whitmore of Prescott,AZ and Jacky DePuyt of Brockport; several great nieces and nephews; sister-in-law of Ann and Lucille Connolly; step-mother of John (Lynette) Christensen of Cherryhill, NC, Mary Bartrop of Naples, FL, late Peter Christensen and Catherine "Cassie" Christensen; sister of the late Raymond, John, and Leo Connolly.
A memorial mass will be celebrated Saturday, January 4th at 11 AM in Our Lady of the Lake Church, 1726 Quacker Road, Barker, NY 14012. Memorials in memory of Agnes to the church would be greatly appreciated by the family.
