Arthur James Bailey (90) of Lockport, NY - Born on March 3, 1919 - entered into rest on December 15, 2009. Husband of the late Mary Bailey (nee Wimer); father of Donald and Susan; grandfather of Kim, Kevin, Keith. Michelle, Kevin and James; great grandfather of Elizabeth, Margaret, Helen, Antoine, Lenox, Kalietreah, Isreal and Julianna. Arthur was the son of the late Richard and Elizabeth Bailey. Brother to the late Richard, Dorothy, Mildred, Betty and Barbara. Arthur attended Lockport High School. He was part of the US Navy Coast Guard. Arthur worked and retired from General Motors. He belonged to the Navy Marine Club and the American Legion. Arthur will be sadly missed and greatly remembered. Relatives and friends may call Saturday 4-8 PM in Prudden &amp; Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport. Inurnment will be in Glenwood Cemetery. Memorials to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Dr., Lockport, NY 14094 would be appreciated by the family.
