Elaine M. Freeman passed away December 9, 2009 in Eastern Niagara Hospital, Lockport. Born October 22, 1932 in Rochester, NY she was the daughter Sante and Margaret (nee Rossi) Bovi. Elaine was a professional violinist; she played with the Eastman Summer Symphony and the Niagara County Community College Orchestra. She is survived by her husband Hyman Freeman; mother of Susan (Mark) Christian, Sharon (Bryan) Clark and Wayne (Kristen) Freeman; grandmother of Edward Christian, Lisa Christian, Randall Clark, Kylie Freeman and Erik Freeman; sister of Joan (Reno) Cunico and Barbara (Peter) Mangano; also survived by several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM in Prudden &amp; Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport where services will be held Saturday at 10 AM. Interment will be in Acacia Park Cemetery.
