Obituary of Lillian Martin

Lillian L. Martin passed away October 13, 2013 in Odd Fellow &amp; Rebekah Rehab &amp; Healthcare Center. Born in Searcy, AR on December 8, 1920 she was the daughter of Walter and Lula (Williams) Erby. Lillian worked for Odd Fellow &amp; Rebekah HCF, Harrison Radiator and various other jobs in Lockport. She enjoyed cooking, her flowers and plants and especially enjoyed being with her family. Lillian was predeceased by her husband Ponce D. Martin on April 8, 1998. Lillian is survived by her children Charles (Lydia) Jones, Ella M. Jones both of Lockport, Rose Marie King of Niagara Falls and the late William H. (Lorraine) Jones; grandmother of Alana Shannon, Angela Johnson, James Carr, Wesley Carr, Anthony Jones, William Johnson, and Nicole Jones; great grandmother of seven and great-great grandmother of two; sister of Luella Erby of Buffalo and the late John, Nate, William and Roselie Erby; also survived by nephew Ray Boyland and several other nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call Saturday, Oct. 19th from 10-11 AM in the First AME Church, South Street, where a funeral service will immediately follow at 11 AM.
