Obituary of Savannah Neffke

Savannah Rose Neffke passed away September 30, 2013 in Strong Memorial Hospital. Born in Buffalo on January 14, 2013 she is the daughter of Adam and Colleen (Smith) Neffke of Wheatfield. Besides her parents she is also survived by her twin sister Adie Neffke; granddaughter of Charlie & Lynn (Aikin) Smith of Lockport and Donald & Patricia (Bock) Neffke of Pendleton; great granddaughter of John & Irene Leaver of North Tonawanda; also several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to a memorial service Saturday, October 5th at 11 AM in Faith Tabernacle Church, 5676 Beattie Ave., Lockport. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Pediatric Cardiac Care Center, c/o Strong Memorial Hospital/Golisano Children's Hospital, 601 Elmwood Ave., Rochester, NY 14642 would be appreciated by the family.
