Obituary of Henry Herring

Henry C. Herring, Jr. passed away September 24, 2013 in Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital. Born in Medina on December 19, 1956 he is the son of Henry and Carsee Herring, Sr. of Lockport. Henry graduated from Lockport High School in 1974 and also University of Buffalo earning his Bachelor degree in Business Administration. He worked as a teachers aide and tutor with University of Buffalo, North Campus. Henry enjoyed reading, health and fitness, computers and especially loved spending time with his son and grandchildren. Besides his parents Henry is also survived by his son Clayton M. Herring of Lockport; grandfather of Kaia, Taea, Ava, Aaliyah Herring; brother of Clayton E. Herring, Terry Herring, Joyce Hamilton, Renee (Ronald) Cheatham all of Lockport, Ronald Herring, Charlotte Herring, and Anita Branch all of Columbus, Ohio; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Relatives and friends may call Saturday, September 28th from 10-11 AM in Latter Rain Cathedral, 9 Bristol Ave. Lockport where funeral services will immediately follow at 11 AM. Interment will be in Cold Springs Cemetery.
