We were saddened to hear about Debbie. She was a special lady who was an inspiration to all. We were so glad we got to spend some time with her at Folly Beach this past March. She was always smiling even through the pain. Our hearts go out to the family. What a blessing it was to have known her.

Dear Gaskill Family, Debbie was always such a bubbly vivacious lady everywhere she went. I just loved sitting near her at LHS volleyball games where Evan and our son, Chris, played together. What a joy to have known her. I will keep you all in my prayers as you deal with your loss. A loss to everyone who knew her. Much Love. Cindi

What a treasure was Debbie. I met her through the Lockport Cable Commission, attended conferences with her and truly enjoyed solving community problems with her. She was full of fun, laughter and joy, battling a frightening illness with courage and strength. She shall be so missed. My condolences to her family. Unfortunately I am out of country and do not return until Wednesday so cannot attend the mass but my thoughts and prayers will be with her as I travel home.

I came to know Debbie in early 2001, working together on what was to be one of many projects together. She was a mentor and close friend and I will forever be grateful for having met her. My thoughts and prayers go out to Ken, Zach, Beth, Evan, Luciana and her "grand babies". "The streets of heaven are filled with angels ....". There is so much to say, but there are no words.
