Obituary of Louise Farwell

Louise Farwell passed away August 14, 2013 in Lancaster, NY. Born in Pawtucket, RI on February 1, 1924 she was the daughter of Cecil and Lena (Hersey) Smith. Louise attended Scio United Methodist Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family, reading and gardening. Besides her parents Louise was also predeceased by her husband Murray E. Farwell in 1996, her sister Ruth Morrison and daughter-in-law JoAnn Farwell. She is survived by her children Daniel Farwell of Lancaster, NY, Delia (Gregory) Kern of Lockport, NY, and Diane (Lowell) Davis of Portland, OR; grandmother of Phil, Seth (Jennifer), Daniel (Jennifer), Brad, Loren, Andrew and Anna; great grandmother of Samantha; sister of Alfred (Louise) Smith of Sayre, PA; sister-in-law of George Morrison of Pawtucket, RI; also several nieces and nephews. There will be no prior visitation. Relatives and friends are invited to a memorial service to be held Friday, August, 23rd at 11 AM in the Scio United Methodist Church, 4005 Main St., Scio, NY 14880.
