Obituary of Joyce Weir

Joyce N. Weir passed away July 24, 2013 in Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital. Born in Medina on July 27, 1940 she was the daughter of Mortimer and Jane (Elliott) Nagel. Joyce attended Tusculum College in Tennessee and graduated from Bryant &amp; Stratton College with a degree in accounting and ran Weir Accounting Services for 43 years. She was a member of St. John the Baptist R.C. Church and the National Society of Public Accountants. Joyce is survived by her husband Melvin L. Weir of Lockport; mother of Michael William (Linda) Weir, Theresa Weir Sallee both of Lockport and Judith (Robert) Dockery of Appleton; grandmother of Joseph (Kristin)Sallee, Mitchell and Joshua Dockery; great grandmother of Jack Ryan Sallee; sister of John (Sarah) Nagel of Toronto; also survived by several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call Sunday, July 28 from 3-8 PM in Prudden &amp; Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport.
