James Bedford passed away July 19, 2013 in Buffalo General Medical center. Born in Lockport on December 31, 1946 he was the son of Rodger and Margaret (Vorholzer) Bedford. He worked in production for Harrison Radiator for 30 years retiring in 1996 and enjoyed playing cards. James was predeceased by his wife Alice (Wittcop) Bedford. He is survived by his children David Starcher of Lockport, Darcy Starcher of Arizona and the late Scott Starcher; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother of Roger (Veronica) Bedford , Raymond (Jacquelyn) Bedford, Jean (late Lewis) Wittcopp all of Gasport, Phyllis (Dennis) Darling of Stafford, NY and Janet (late Paul) Barger of North Tonawanda; also several nieces and nephews.
