Obituary of Helen Breloff

Helen E. Breloff passed away Friday July 12, 2013 in Annapolis, MD. Born in Lockport on April 26, 1921, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Victoria Maslowski. Helen graduated from Lockport High School, Class of 1939, after graduation, she worked briefly with Harrison Radiator and the New York Telephone Co. Helen was a member of St. John the Baptist R.C. Church and the Mother's Club in Lockport, and she enjoyed reading, traveling, quilting, gardening and her Polish heritage. She is predeceased by her husband Carl Breloff, who passed away in 2002. Helen was the mother of Peter (Janet) Breloff of Brazil, Ind., Cynthia (Roy) Van Horn of Annapolis, MD., and Mark (Kathy) Breloff of Center Valley, PA.; grandmother of Margaret, Scott, Erin, Thomas, Alexandra and Kaitlyn. Beside her husband, Helen is predeceased by her brothers, Ted and Walter. Friends may call Wednesday July 17th 4 to 7 PM in Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, Inc., 242 Genesee Street, Lockport. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday morning at 10 AM at the St. John the Baptist R.C., 168 Chestnut Street, Lockport. Entombment will be in Glenwood Mausoleum.
