Obituary of Carol Kruse

Carol Ann Kruse passed away June 6, 2013 in Buffalo General Medical Center. Born on April 12, 1934 in Niagara Falls, she was the daughter of John and Delores (McMillan) Grieg. Carol worked at Bison Bag in Lockport where she was the bookkeeper. She was the past treasurer of the Eastern Niagara Hospital Guild and also past president of the Erie County Medical Center Guild.Carol volunteered at both Artpark and Shea's Theatre. She enjoyed quilting, working on porcelain dolls, ceramics and puzzles.
Carol is survived by her two sons, Alan (Valarie) Kruse of Lockport and Charles Kruse of Florida; grandmother of Courtney (Matt) Dysard, Justin, Kristina, Dylan and Charles Kruse; great-grandmother of Julia and Bailey Dysard; sister of the late Douglas Grieg and Alice Grieg.
Relatives and friends may call Wednesday, June 12th from 5-8 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport. Donations to the Eastern Niagara Hospital Guild would be appreciated by the family.
