Obituary of Geraldine Korff

Geraldine M. Korff passed away June 8, 2013 in the Niagara Hospice House. Geraldine was born May 28, 1924 in Lockport, the daughter of Harold and J. Florence (Paige) Saunders. She was a member of the First English Lutheran Church and besides being a devoted wife and mother, she loved to read. Geraldine is survived by her husband of 69 years, Ralph L. Korff; mother of Linda (Gary Schibler) Korff of Lockport, Barbara (Russell) Gillmeister of Rochester, Richard (Cindy Olszewski) Korff of Tampa, FL, and Beverly Korff of Ballston Spa, NY. She was also the grandmother of Bryan (Shari) Gursslin of Lockport, Michael (Crystal) Korff of Louisville, KY, Donna (Peter) Vonderlinn of Rochester, NY, Molly (Alex) Thayer of Troy, NY; and great-grandmother of Zoe Vonderlinn. Relatives and friends may call Tuesday, June 11, 2013, from 2-4 and 7-9 PM in Prudden and Kandt Funeral Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport, NY, where funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 12, 2013, at 11 AM.
