Eleanor Lapp passed away Thursday May 30, 2013 in Northgate Manor. Born in Buffalo, on May 19, 1920, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Mary St. George Ricther. Together with her husband, Eleanor owned Lapp Express in Medina. She enjoyed crocheting, cooking and especially entertaining family and friends. She is predeceased by her husband John Lapp, who passed away in February of 1999.
Eleanor is survived by her daughter Noreen (Parker Sr.) Greenman; her grandchildren Pamela (Duncan) Hughes, Parker (Kandy) Greenman, Jr., Tammy (Brian) David and Judy (Lyle) Hancock; great grandmother of Alexander Greenman, Courtney Hughes, Zechariah Hughes and Natalie Niethe. Eleanor is predeceased by her brothers Walter Ricther and Fred Ricther.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorials to Niagara Hospice or to the Niagara Falls Aquarium would be appreciated by the family.
