Denise M. Cook passed away February 9, 2021 in Niagara Hospice House. Born May 28, 1950 in Newfane she was the daughter of Earl and Doris Sawyer. Denise worked for Delphi in production and enjoyed working on computers and relaxing. She is survived by her husband Terry Cook; children Derek Facarra and late Deneen Facarra; and grandson Michael.
