Mary Rose (Ben) Hufnagel passed away April 30, 2020 in Buffalo General Medical Center. Born May 2nd 1934 in Lockport, she was the daughter of Samuel and Levina Josephine (Zuefelt) Ben.
Mary Rose was a current member of All Saints Roman Catholic Church. She was a very active member of St. Anthony’s Roman Catholic Church; including RCIA and Altar & Rosary Society. Mary Rose had volunteered her time to many organizations over the years; Niagara County 4-H, Lockport Interfaith and Brothers of Mercy. She was also an active member of the Franklin Antique Car Club. Mary Rose was loved and respected by many friends and will be greatly missed.
Mary Rose is survived by her husband John Hufnagel; children Daniel (Karen) Hufnagel, Catherine (Andre) Nacov, Janet (Eric) Blackstone, James (Joan) Hufnagel, and the late David and John Hufnagel; grandchildren David Hufnagel, Laura (Brandon) Snyder, Brian (Madison) Nacov, Connor Nacov, Daniel Hufnagel Jr. and Samantha Hufnagel; great grandchildren Olivia Hufnagel and Abigail, Emma and Jackson Snyder; also many nieces and nephews.
