Obituary of D. Christine Cafora

D. Christine Cafora passed away September 23, 2019 in Buffalo General Medical Center.  Born August 24, 1960 in Norristown, PA she was the daughter of George and Joanne (Lambert) Laverty.  She enjoyed scrapbooking, going to the casino and traveling.  Deborah’s biggest passion was her family, she enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.

Deborah is survived by her beloved husband of 40 years, Robert Cafora; loving sons Robert M. Cafora, Nicholas (Heather) Cafora, and Joseph Cafora; adored grandchildren Brennan, Nicholas, Zoe, and Kingston; cherished sister Laura (Wayne) Hall; sister-in-law of Michael Cafora; also several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends may call Thursday, September 26th from 4-8 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport.  A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, September 27th at 10 AM in St. John the Baptist RC Church, 168 Chestnut St., Lockport.  Memorial donations to American Cancer Society, 101 John James Audubon Pkwy., Amherst, NY  14228 would be appreciated.  Visit pruddenandkandt.com.
