Obituary of Audrey J. Peterkin
Audrey J. Peterkin entered into rest September 20, 2019 under the care of her daughter, Lymm and Niagara Hospice. Born in Lockport September 26, 1931, she was the daughter of Edward and Dorcas (Fredericks) Moran. Audrey worked at Sears and Roebuck for 20 years before retiring and becoming a nurses aide for Northgate Manor. She belonged to Emmanuel United Methodist Church, the YWCA, and Mended Hearts Association. She was predeceased by her husband of 62 years, William Edward Peterkin on October 24, 2011.
She is survived by her children, Michael (Christine) Peterkin, Bruce (Lourdes) Peterkin, Becky Copley, Jeffery (MaryBeth) Peterkin and Lynn S. McCluskey (Don McRae); her siblings Bonnie Moran (Charles Thayer) and Dennis Moran; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
