Obituary of Donna S. Foltz

Donna S. Foltz, of Lockport, NY, passed away on June 24, 2019, at home.  Born on September 24, 1955 in Lockport, she was the daughter of Joseph D. & Diane (Helbling) Smith. 

Donna graduated from DeSales Catholic High School and was named Niagara County Junior Miss in 1973 and 1st runner-up at the New York State Junior Miss pageant.  She was a very talented singer and performed at various weddings & ceremonies.  Donna received a nursing degree from Niagara County Community College and worked as an RN for over 30 years at several medical facilities, most recently at Millard Fillmore Surgical Center in Williamsville.  She enjoyed spending time with family & close friends.

She is survived by her husband, Eric Foltz and son David.  Predeceased by her sister, Debbie (Smith) Hanusin.  Surviving siblings; David K. Smith, Douglas J. (Karen) Smith, Darlene (James) Dempsey, Deanne (Michael) Lang, Danelle McCanna; in-laws Joseph (Debbie) Foltz, Terri (late Scott) Hugill, several nieces & nephews and cherished friends.

Relatives and friends may call Thursday, June 27th from 3-7 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, June 28th at 10 in All Saints Parish, 76 Church St., Lockport.  Interment will be in Cold Springs Cemetery.  Memorial donations to Niagara Hospice would be appreciated.  Visit pruddenandkandt.com.
