Robert Burns, III passed away October 2, 2018 in Buffalo General Medical center. Born October 18, 1964 in Ripley, TN he was the son of the late Robert Burns, II and late Mary Jean Soward. Robert worked for Ultra Tool & Plastics in Amherst, NY for 20 years where he was a machine operator. He is survived by his step-mother Yvette; husband of Juleen Velazquez; children Robert Burns, IV and Jenel Burns; grandchild Railyn Burns; siblings Damone, Rayshawn, Torry, Angela Teran, Sabrina, Asha, and late Angie; in-laws Joyce & Solomon; also several nieces and nephews.
