Obituary of Donald M. Sossong

Donald M. Sossong passed away August 9, 2018 under the care of Niagara Hospice.  Born October 5, 1950 in Punxsutawney, PA he was the son of Joseph and Virginia (Freysinger) Sossong and step-son of Irene (Fry) Sossong.  Donald worked for 35 years in production at Harrison Radiator retiring in 2003.  He enjoyed auto racing, attending local car shows, going to Lancaster Motorsports Park, and belonged to Hooligans Car Club.  Donald was predeceased by his wife Jody (Holmes) Sossong on September 27, 2014.

Donald is survived by his children Donald (Suzie) Sossong, Jr. and Renee (Matthew Gardepe) Sossong-Brady; grandchildren Devin and Maura Brady; Shawn Brady.

Relatives and friends may call Sunday, August 12th from 1-4 PM with services following at 4 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport.
