Geraldine B. Papaj passed away May 28, 2026 in Lockport Rehabilitation & Health Care Facility.  Born in Buffalo on September 24, 1948 she was the daughter of the late Frederic and Jane (Kwiecinski) Hoffman.  Geraldine worked for Bon-Ton Department Store in Lockport.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Geraldine is survived by her husband of 56 years George Papaj; daughters Lisa (Lionel) Biermann-Ray and Rebecca Gagliardi; son in-law Michael Gagliardi; grandchildren Amanda Miller, Nicole Mesler, Ian Ray, Michael Gagliardi, Matthew Gagliardi, Kaylee Swift, and Savannah Gagliardi; great grandchildren Willow, Wynter, Owen, Emmett, Leo, Stevie, and Lennon; brother Frederic (Kathy) Hoffman.

Relatives and friends are invited to visitation Saturday, June 6th from 12 Noon – 1 PM with services immediately following at 1 PM all in Prudden And Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport.
