Gabriella Rockwood went home to be with the Lord after a brief illness. She was a devoted wife, mother, and loving grandmother to Joshua and Maggie. In her spare time, Gabriella enjoyed cooking and baking for those she loved. In recent years, she especially treasured traveling with her daughter, Rebecca. Gabriella worked in Human Resources at Diversified Manufacturing for many years. She truly loved her job and cherished working with her “boys,” as she affectionately called them. Gabriella had a gift for making others feel welcome. She could walk into any room and strike up a conversation with anyone — she never met a stranger.

Gabriella is survived by her beloved husband, Peter; her loving daughter, Rebecca (Brandon) Pawlinski; and her cherished grandchildren, Joshua and Maggie Pawlinski. She was the dear daughter of Carmen and the late Emilio Ardito; loving sister of Liviana (Tony) Grisanti, Silvia (Scott) Myhre, and the late Franco (Julie) Ardito. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to a memorial service Saturday, June 20th at 11 AM at Prudden And Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport.
