Felicia Diane Szpilewski passed away May 18, 2026 in Lockport Rehabilitation & Health Care Facility.  Born July 1, 1944 in Niagara Falls, Felicia was the daughter of the late Joseph and Cecilia (Golanka) Czekaj.  She worked for the Starpoint Central School District where she was a 3rd grade teacher for 38 years. She enjoyed gardening, cooking for her family, watching her favorite programs including her Buffalo Bills, and spending time with her grand children, teaching, reading, playing cards, and other activities.

Felicia is survived by her sons Robert (Lisa) Szpilewski, Steven (Heather) Szpilewski, and Thomas Szpilewski; grandchildren Morgan, Kennedy, Braelyn, Krystian, and Peyton; sister Josephine (late Michael) Gruszewski; also several nieces and nephews.  Besides her parents she was also predeceased by her husband Eugene Szpilewski and son Joseph Szpilewski, and siblings Cecilia Matyjas, Chester (Linda) Czekaj and Remigius (late Marilyn) Czekaj.

Relatives and friends are invited to visitation Thursday, May 21st from 4-7 PM at Prudden And Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, May 22nd at 9 AM at Good Shepherd RC Parish, 5442 Tonawanda Creek Rd., North, Pendleton.  Entombment will be in Queen of Heaven Mausoleum.  Visit pruddenandkandt.com
