Brian W. McCarthy passed away May 2, 2026.  Born in Buffalo on September 24, 1961, he was the son of the late Wallace and Patricia (Folts) McCarthy.  Brian worked for Krafft Trucking in Lockport where he was a truck driver.  Brian was a Buffalo Bills fan and enjoyed going to games with his brother. He also enjoyed watching the Baltimore Orioles. His favorite pastime was being with his friends. He loved his cats, Luke and Linus. Brian was loved by his sister and brother, and their families, and will be missed.  

Brian is survived by his sister Sharon (Ken) Hobel, brother Gary (Lisa) McCarthy, and nieces Rachel and Megan McCarthy.

Relatives and friends are invited to visitation Friday, May 8th from 4-7 PM at Prudden And Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport.
