Walter Michael Beck passed away suddenly May 4, 2026.  Born September 16, 1953 in Niagara Falls, NY he was the son of the late Walter G. and Emma E. (Mendel) Beck.  Walter graduated from LaSalle High School in Niagara Falls, NY and went on to FCF International and became an ordained minister.  He was a founding member and preached at Victory Christian Church in Lockport, NY and was a member of the FCF International.  Walter later started working as a painter/wallpaper installer and drove bus for Ridge Road Bus Company and Transpo Bus Services.  He enjoyed church, spending time with his family, going camping, sports being a fan of the Buffalo Bills, Buffalo Sabres, New York Yankees, and going on mission trips.

Walter is survived by his wife Peggy Ann (Becker) Beck whom he married April 21,1978; his children Christine (Brian) Ferguson, David (Kylie) Beck, Teresa (Ishmael) Jones, and Stephen (Danielle) Beck; grandchildren Emma Beck, Olivia Beck, David Jr. Beck, Samuel Beck, Celia Beck, Michelina Barone, Declan Beck, Caleb Beck, and Daniel Beck; siblings Ursula Beck, Susan (Stephen) Owens, Jospeh (DeeAnn) Beck, and Leonard (Anna) Beck; also many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephew.

Relatives and friends are invited to visitation on Friday, May 8th from 11 AM – 12 PM with services immediately following at 12 PM all in Christ Community Church, 140 Genesee St., Lockport.  Donations to Samaritan's Purse in Louisa Flowers would be appreciated by the family.
