On April 29th, 2026, Julie Chaffin-Rice passed away peacefully in her sleep, transitioning from this world to the eternal peace she so deeply believed in. She was anchored by her devotion as a follower of the word of Jesus Christ.
She leaves behind a family who carries her heart in theirs, daughter Kaylee Brown; grandson Kaedyn Rivera-Brown; son Frankie Rice; siblings Carmen Chaffin, Charlotte Weber, Mark Chaffin and Paul Chaffin.
Predeceased by her mother, Evelyn Chaffin, father, Richard Chaffin and brother, Richard Chaffin Jr.

The Memorial Service will be held on May 30th at 11:00 AM, with guests arriving at 10:30 AM at Life Church, 200 Beattie Ave, Lockport, NY 14094
