Carol Anderson (Alice) age 82 of Lockport NY passed away peacefully with her family beside her on March 13th, 2026 at 7:11pm at The Niagara Hospice House.

She was born to Martin Kenneth & Mary Verna Burns on January 27,1944 in Medina NY and had 9 siblings; Mary Jane, Betty, Hubert, Vince, Ruth, Rose, Richard Paul & Janet.

Carol is survived by her loving husband Peter Anderson, her children; Frank Kinsley (Natalie), Cheryl Baehr (Mark), Pam Noblet, Richard Surdel (Therese), DJ Anderson (Amy), Joey Anderson (Heather) along with her 16 grandchildren, 28 Great Grandchildren & her 7 Great Great Grandchildren.  She had many nieces and nephews with too many to count.

She is predeceased by three of her siblings, her parents, her son Little Peter Anderson along with many family and friends.

She worked 30+ years at GM/Harrisons/Delphi as a factory production worker.  She enjoyed family time, traveling, playing golf, planning parties & events, telling stories and her time at ANY casino. If you ever had the chance to gamble with her you got to experience her $20 buy in fun. 

Carol wore many titles during her lifetime; daughter, sister, wife, mom, grandma, aunt, friend, co-worker and many more. She will be missed by so many.

Her calling hours will be held at Prudden & Kandt 242 Genesee Street Lockport NY on Friday March 20th, 2026 from 4pm-7pm.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday March 21st 2026 at 10 AM in St. John the Baptist Church 168 Chestnut St. Lockport, NY.  Her final resting place will be at Cold Springs Cemetery.

The nurses, staff, aides and volunteers took very good care of Carol and the family during her final journey on Earth. They are angels on Earth.
