Jan Patrick “Pat” Hope passed away January 22, 2026 in Lockport Memorial Hospital.  Born May 4, 1953 in Buffalo he was the son of the late Nils and Florence (Gramse) Hope.  Pat enjoyed stock car racing, farming, hunting, fishing, and especially loved spending time with his family.

Pat is survived by his wife Diane (Dietz) Hope; children Jan(Jen) Hope Jr  and Tracy Hope; grandchildren Desiree (Ryan Scrivani) Hope, Carson Woodworth, Ethan (Amber) Woodworth, Derrick Hope, Donovan Hope, and Dayton Hope; great granddaughter Karina Hope; sister Sharon (late Frederick) Siminski.  Besides his parents he was also predeceased by his son Matthew Hope.

Relatives and friends are invited to visitation Tuesday, January 27th from 4-7 PM at Prudden And Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport.  A graveside service will be held Wednesday, January 28th at 10 AM at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
