Patrick M. Hagan Obituary

Patrick M. Hagan, aged 76, passed away January 8, 2026 in the VA Hospital of Buffalo.  Born in Watertown, NY on February 17, 1949 he was a son of the late Robert and Thelma (Chapin) Hagan.  Patrick served in the US Marine Corp during the Vietnam Conflict.  He started his own painting company in New York and continued when he moved to Florida.

Patrick was an avid canoer, an excellent euchre player and always had a project going. He had a sense of humor that was famously bad and somehow perfect.  He never met a stranger, just friends he hadn’t talked to yet.

He is preceded in death by his sisters Jackie Acome and Jeanie Gates; his brother Michael Hagan and his brother-in-law Sam Acome. He is survived by his wife, Rebecca (Manning) Hagan; daughter Kelly Hagan; stepchildren Christopher (Elizabeth) Simmons, Kathleen (James) Gill, Jacqueline Duffy, and Meredith (Jaffrey) Coffin; fourteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren; siblings Timothy (Patty) Hagan and Esther (Daniel) Ng; dogs Bruiser and Solie.

Private services will be held at a later date.
