Carl J. Kolipinski passed away suddenly and unexpectedly, surrounded by family, at Mercy Hospital of South Buffalo, after he lost his battle with Influenza A.

Born on March 25, 1954, in Buffalo, New York, Carl was the beloved son of the late Eugene Kolipinski and the late Lorraine (Gawel) Kolipinski. He spent many years working in sales for Kolipinski Brothers in North Tonawanda, where he was known for his strong work ethic and dedication.

Carl found his greatest joy in time spent with Kathie & his family. He loved boating, fishing trips, and family vacations. At home, Carl took great pride in caring for his home and could often be found working in his garage, a place where he felt most at peace.

Carl is survived by his loving children, Jodie Kolipinski, Todd (Angela) Kolipinski, and Eric Kolipinski; his cherished grandson, Cameron Kolipinski; his fiancée, Kathie Crist; his siblings, Nancy Jo (Robert) Roth and Joel (Lisa) Kolipinski; as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Carl was predeceased by his wife, Sharon (Gray) Kolipinski; his brother, Christopher Kolipinski; and his sister, Marjorie Heller.

This loss is tragic, and Carl will be missed terribly by all who knew and loved him.

Relatives and friends are invited to visitation Thursday, Jan. 8th from 4-6 PM with services following at 6 PM all at Prudden And Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport.
