Judith M. Sawicki Obituary

Judith “Sarge” M. Sawicki passed away peacefully, surrounded by love and her family, at Millard Fillmore Suburban on Friday, December 19, 2025. She was born in Buffalo, NY, on December 1, 1942, to the late Anthony and Emily (Buszka) Niezgoda. Judith worked for many years at Pierce & Stevens Chemical Corp in Buffalo as a Customer Service Supervisor.

A true social butterfly, she couldn’t enter a room without talking to at least one person. Judith had many hobbies, starting with her unconditional love for her family. She also enjoyed arts and crafts, including ceramics, crocheting, knitting, puzzles, and painting, as well as reading and much more. Additionally, she loved playing bingo and going on day trips with friends and family.

Judith was predeceased by her husband, Chester “Tweety” Sawicki, who passed away in 1986. She is survived by her children, Cynthia (the late Jerome) Bucolo and Kenneth (Kristie Riley) Sawicki; her dear grandchildren, Robert Crummet, Christina (Jeffrey) Crummet, Samantha Malcomb, Brandon Sawicki, and Alex (Mya) Sawicki; and great-grandchildren Molly, Maisie, Rosie, and Allison. She is also survived by her brother, Thomas (Liz) Niezgoda, and her sister, the late Elizabeth “Betty” (the late Frank) Monczynski, along with several nieces and nephews.
