I'm sorry I will not be able to celebrate Randy's life as i recently had a accident and I am in rehab. I met Randy playing semi pro football for the Twin City Gemini's and we both knew coach Gene Zinni. I always remember Randy catching a pass and him spiking the ball thinking he scored a touchdown. The problem was he was standing between the 5 and goal line not the goal line. Randy was a great guy. To Dave and the rest of the family my sincere condolences.

We have been customers of Bernardi’s Rapid Mart since we moved to the area 43 years ago, and found the Bernardi family to all be like friends and neighbors, not just business owners. They quickly knew us on a first name basis, and have always treated us with kindness and interest in how our family was doing, etc.
We were shocked and saddened to hear of Randy’s passing, and send our prayers and condolences to his family. The fond memories will never fade.

Thoughts and prayers for the Bernardi family. I've known Randy and family for 50 +years from when his mom bought the first store from Florence and Howard. From there they bought a bigger store in Rapids, wasn't long they started the pizza and sub shop. They were a pillar of the community, and also involved in the history. During covid randy taught me some new things on a telecaster guitar. You will sadly be missed. Your friend forever. Paul Gambel .keep playing music randy!

When we moved to Lockport 45 years ago the first people we met were the Bernardis. Quality folks. I considered them friends as that’s how small towns are. If I was short on my bill no prob. Bring it next time. I heard that more than once. Randy’s passing hit hard. He will be missed by so many. Our sincere sympathy to his family. He was a stand up man. Rip Randy.

We shared many good times making great music with many friends. Always called Randy the walking juke box as he knew all the chords and lyrics to hundreds of songs. Will miss him dearly. My brother Tom and Randy were in Old Hat Revival together and Tom passed this last June. I'll bet their jammin as we speak. God Speed Randy!!!
