Kevin J. Layer passed away Friday October 31, 2025 at Niagara Hospice House. Born in Buffalo on March 27, 1970, he was the son of Linda (nee Slaur) and the late Jack K. Layer. He owned and operator of Millenium Lawn Care in Lockport. Kevin loved working and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife of 29 years Rita (nee Humble) Layer; father of Emily (Michael) Layer-Haynes and Jacob Layer and step father of Stephanie Humble and Shelby (Robert) Moore. He was the grandfather of Lucas Haynes and Lilith Moore. Kevin was the brother of Sharon (Scot) Snaith and the Late Deborah Layer-Menshon.
Private Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
