Dorothy L. Hain Obituary

Dorothy L. Hain passed away October 27, 2025 under the care of her family and Niagara Hospice.   Born on Lockport October 9, 1932, she was a daughter of Wilfred and Lenore (Hollenbeck) Gillings.  Dorothy worked at St. Clare Manor in Lockport and at Lockport Memorial Hospital where she was a nurses aide. 


Dorothy is survived by her daughters Karen Hallifax, Brenda (Dan) Harper and step daughter Mary Hain; step-sons James Hain, Joseph Hain, and Donald Hain; two grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild; sister Jean Mayer; also several nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her husbands Norman V. Marsh who passed away 1987 and Emory Hain  who passed away in 2004 and siblings Wilfred, John, Winifred, Shirley, Bob, and Geraldine.


Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
