Susan G. Pax passed away October 3, 2025 under the care of Niagara Hospice.  Born March 28, 1944 in Lockport she was a daughter of Herbert and Laura (Nighswander) Pless.  Susan dedicated her entire career to teaching first grade and post-kindergarten at Starpoint Central School.  She enjoyed traveling, hiking, cooking, photography, and especially loved spending time with her family.

Susan is survived by her daughters Brenda Angelucci, Anita (Brian) Humphreys, and Alycia (Michael) Tomaino; grandchildren Lauren (Kristopher) Dunaway, Matthew Angelucci, Tyler Tomaino, and Nathan Tomaino; great grandchildren Ella and Nolan Dunaway; siblings Gary Pless and Janet Perna.  She was predeceased by her husband James Pax on February 14, 2012.

Relatives and friends are invited to visitation Monday, Oct. 6th from 5-7 PM at Prudden And Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport where funeral services will be held Tuesday, Oct. 7th at 10 AM.  Interment will be in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers donations to Niagara Hospice would be appreciated.  Visit pruddenandkandt.com.
